Booking & Cancellation Policy

For all bookings less than 14 nights – first night required as deposit.
For all bookings 14 nights and longer – 20% required as deposit. Balance is due 7 days from arrival date. These payments are non refundable after the due date.
For all special event periods payment in full is required at the time of booking (Special event periods include but are not limited to Christmas, New Years Eve & Mardi Gras). Payment is non refundable. For any booking including special event period dates, the ‘Special Event Period’ policy applies to the entire booking.
Apartments are not held or guaranteed without payments made on the due dates.
Refunds will not be granted for early departures.
A security depsit of $500 is also required for all bookings. This is refundable, pending inspection of the apartment.
Accommodations which are marked as “Residential Apartments” are not suitable for short term stays and are subject to the minimum residential occupation.
The security deposit is between $500-1000 depending on the apartment size.
