For Standard Bookings:
*A deposit is required to confirm the reservation, usually equivalent to 1 nights stay or 20% of total.
*The balance is payable in full 7 days prior to arrival.
For Special Event Periods:
*A deposit is required to confirm the reservation, usually equivalent to 1 nights stay or 20% of total.
*Balance is payable in full by a specific date. Guests will be notified of this date.
Cancellation Policy:
For Standard Bookings:
*More than 31 days notice = Full refund of Deposits paid
*31-8 Days Notice From Date of Arrival = Deposit is retained as a cancellation fee
*7 days or less Notice from date of arrival = Full Amount of Accommodation is Forfeited
For Special Event Periods:
*Bookings are non refundable in the event of a cancellation
Special Event Periods include, but are not limited to Xmas, New Years Eve & Mardi Gras
