Our One Bedroom Apartments are a favourite amongst our guests, for their spacious & light living areas & lovely balconies with out door seating.
The One Bedroom Apartments with Dining are all located on the Eastern side of the building - thus face Elizabeth Street, but rest assured they enjoy the same peace and quite all other apartments experience. How? Firstly they are set well back from the road, secondly the bedrooms do not face onto the road, they face an internal garden vestibule and thirdly they are built of solid concrete construction & modern glass doors & windows designed to keep out noise.
They consist of one bedroom with a generous king size bed & a built in wardrobe.
The bathroom is modern & ultra stylish with its a walk in shower, mirrored vanity basin, toilet & designer amenities by Appelles Apothocary.
The living areas are one large open space with consist of large wall to wall glass sliding doors off the lounge room which open out to a beautiful little balcony all of your own with two designer arm chairs a side stable - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while checking your emails or an afternoon sundowner after a long day of sightseeing.
Kitchens are generously sized for all of your food preparation needs. A four burner gas cook-top, gas oven, full size fridge with freezer, microwave & a full size dishwasher all provide a modern & convenient living experience. Kitchens come fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware & cutlery.
A four seat dining table provides guests with a comfortable space to enjoy a fine dinner at home or to spread out the homework.
Each apartment has its own internal laundry with top load washing machine as well as a separate tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.
Every apartment has access to complimentary WiFi, & Foxtel cable TV.
Weekly housekeeping is provides for stays longer than seven consecutive nights.
The One Bedroom Apartments with Dining are located from levels one through to level four (high or low floor levels can be requested but cannot be guaranteed - priority is given to guest who book directly).
